Here’s my weekend in a nutshell, the only thing missing is photos of the two mountain bike rides Kim and I went on.

My days lately have started off on the back patio.

Computer on lap, coffee or tea in hand, running reports, sending emails, contacting dealers, tracking down leads. It is an interesting life learning the way of being a good rep for my bike dealers. Trying to be close enough for comfort but not smothering.

Look around you. How many people do you know living out their dreams? I am fortunate to live in a generation that it seems we finally are able to be what we wanted when we were young. Financially making dreams isn’t as far off as it once was.

When I was little I remember wanting to be a vet. I loved (still do) animals and specifically horses. I paid attention to little things that most adults missed. I’m not a vet, and honestly the idea of stitching up anything freaks me out.

Never when I was a young child did I want to work with bikes. That dream was born around high school. Between working at a couple bike shops, a Harley Davidson dealer (yes it is true) and trying design out I fell in love with bicycles. This love affair is a life long one and I am fortunate.

It is rare to be able to live your dream job, yet I am. My new quest is to find out what those around me dream of and help them find that as well.
